Today our hearts are broken as we lost one of our beautiful hero's. Every industry girl, professional athlete, skier, rider, friends and family of Sarah Burke feels this loss. She lived her dreams, and made us dream of pushing our limits, by her example, by her passion, and for this and everything she changed and pushed in action sports, and all the people she touched, directly and indirectly, and the level she reached in freestyle skiing, and just simply being amazingly awesome at life, thank-you Sarah. Around the world on every mountain Sarah is loved, honored, and can never ever be forgotten.

“SUP is a fun, creative, all-over workout. It’s fluid movements give you a sense of relaxation and peacefulness.” She feels blessed to be able to be one of the first to bring SUP to Toronto. Janna is also a Registered Yoga Alliance yoga teacher and Lifeguard.

TAKE A LESSON if your NEW and want to try this out or learn/explore YOGA on your SUP boardz  SUPGirlz incorporates 20 minutes of Yoga into our Paddle classes. This is not mandatory and you can feel free to explore on your own during this time as well. Most classes average 1 hour paddle time and 30 minutes resting, doing yoga, or exploring the beach and water.
